At that time it will re-open, both for the remaining participating sites and for new participants. I am thinking of going to a recommendation-invite-only system so that folks who are participants are known to be both reliable, and truly want to participate - not just get more linkbacks. There have just been too many instances of people who appear not to participate at all, and it’s not fair to those who do regularly participate, speak up when they need to opt out for a month, and do try to contact their partners but the partners don’t respond.
